Seven weeks of learning just culminated and it really feels amazing More than amazing the right word to use here would be ‘empowered’. I am saying empowered because of the sheer knowledge that has been shared here in the course. Every week, each and every module- the discussions, the quizzes, the critical and case study assignment, all were extremely helpful in gaining an overall insight about the content of the course. I would way every topic was interesting and added to the learning experience. It was like adding a piece of puzzle every week and finally by week 8 getting the full picture. Yes, many of my previous conceptions changed in the due process (Comer & Comer, 2021). The first week started with information on The Biopsychosocial Model which taught that the three aspects of biology, psychology and social plays a very important role when trying to probe into the resolution of the mental health issue.
